In every age, God has given talented workers to humanity to accomplish His mission of rescue and redemption.  This age is no different, here are some of the talented workers who bring God's kingdom through University Lutheran.

 Jay Winters - Pastor
Pastor Jay WintersPastor Jay Winters has been the pastor at University Lutheran Church and Student Center since his ordination on July 22nd, 2007. (Click here to view a part of his ordination). Cheryl Dance - Parish Assistant
Cheryl is the Parish Assistant here at University Lutheran.  She has been working as Parish Assistance since the spring of 2007.  She would like you to know that Jesus is her Lord and Savior and that she is forever grateful that we have the freedom to worship.  She can be reached by calling the church office 850 224 6059 or emailing secretary@universitylutheranchurch.org

Peer Ministers
University Lutheran's Peer Ministers are people who have committed to a year of furthering God's mission.  They are college students just like a lot of the people who go here. 
  • Crystal Berner - Crystal has been a peer minister for 3 years. She is a music student at FSU. She would like you to know that you are never alone because God is always with you. She would like to be there for you as well: if you are in need of an open ear, prayer buddy, or friend.  You can contact her by emailing crystal@universitylutheranchurch.org
  • Randee Garrett - Randee has been a peer minister for 3 years.  She is a nursing student at FSU. She would like you to know that Jesus is a person that you know, not a person you know about.  She would also like you to know that if you ever need someone to talk to, she's there with a listening ear and a plate of home-cooked food.   • Adam Douthwaite - Adam is one of our Peer Ministers as well as being one of our musicians. He is a sociology major at FSU. He wants you to know about the message of the cross. You can contact him by emailing adam@universitylutheranchurch.org
Musicians
  • Adam Brink - Organist/Pianist - Adam plays for our traditional services including the 11am Sunday service.  He has been playing at University Lutheran since 2005.  He is a FSU Law student in his second year.
  • Adam Douthwaite - Guitarist/Worship Leader - Adam plays guitar for our guitar-led evening service, +Vespers+.  He has been playing at University Lutheran since January 2008.
  • Bethany Kiral - Choir Director - Bethany has been our choir director since August of 2006.  She is a graduate student in music at FSU and if she wants you to know that Jesus is Lord and Savior.
